Scantest AS, by the general manager, is responsible for processing the company's personal data. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services such as sending us an enquiry. We log the traffic to this website. All traffic is logged anonymously, and the information cannot in any way be traced back to any individual. Data is logged for the purpose of optimizing the website to increase usability for our visitors. This is standard for most websites.

Scantest AS uses Google Analytics for website measurement. Collected information is only used for statistical purposes. We use statistics on traffic/traffic providers in aggregated form. The statistics never contain any form of personal information, everything is anonymous. IP addresses are not stored in our database where we store behavior on the website, therefore information about you cannot be linked with your identity.

How do we collect information about you?
When you use our services, such as sending an inquiry, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number. We do this in order to be able to manage your customer relationship and have the opportunity to contact you. This information will be stored as long as you have an active customer relationship with us. We are also required to keep certain categories of information in connection with accounting and this information is kept in accordance with the current rules on bookkeeping.

Access and correction
As a user of our websites, you have the right to demand access to the personal data that we process about you and how it is processed. You can also demand correction, deletion and restrictions in the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
